# PRIVACY POLICY

Your personal and credit card information is safe with us and we protect and respect your privacy.  We will not sale or give our any detail of your information include purchase histories.

Your email address is only kept and used to notice your order status.  You will not receive any advertise or been used to generate report for advertising or any 3rd party used.

We do not sell our customer information to any outside party under any circumstances. We do not reveal your e-mail address or other personal information, except to complete transactions with our third-party vendors such as UPS or USPS. In such cases, we provide only the information required to complete the transaction.


# WARRANTIES / RETURN POLICY

Any missing or defective merchandise has to been reported in 15 days from the date of order been arrived in customer.  In the mean time, please read all the provided instructions thoroughly before assembly.

If you receive defective merchandise, please call us for return instructions. In most cases, we will accept returns and make adjustments.

*Missing Parts
 Should you receive merchandise that is missing a part, please contact us within 30 days after your receive your order. Once the missing parts are confirmed, we will send you the part from our stock as appropriate. In accordance with a manufacturer's request, we may direct the information or your call directly to the manufacturer.

To the product need to be exchanged, firstly, please send the photos of damaged products to us. We will estimate the damages then decide the best way to exchange or return the product. Our staff will contact with you when we received your report.

* Solution for expedite replacement.
If you would like to have replacement shipped to you as soon as possible.  Please order a new product and inform us that you had replacement as new order.  We will refund money once we receive the defective merchandise from you lately.

If you receive a product which you are not satisfied with, you may return the product within 15 days from the date you received it for a full refund. In order to receive full refund the product has been unused, is in its original packaging, and is otherwise in totally resalable condition. The only exception to this is electronics, and any specialty ordered items. Please email or call for a return authorization number. Without a RMA number we will not be able to process your return. This could delay your claim, or even keep you from receiving a credit, or replacement.  Once the return authorization number is issued, please properly pack your order for return

When packing your order for return, please be sure all the original packing material and instruction papers and/or manuals are included. We will be unable to process your return if parts are missing, or if items are not packed properly to avoid damage to products and their boxes and/or packages. ARF kits are specially packaged to insure safe shipping of all contents. In order to receive credit for a returned ARF, the contents must be returned in the original plastic covers and arranged in a manner that will not damage the contents or packaging. Shipping charges will not be refunded, as the customer is responsible for insured shipping back to our location.

You must contact us for a return authorization number, returns sent COD will not be accepted.

If, by error, we have sent you a product which was not what you had ordered, we will be happy to replace the item for you. You must contact us for a return authorization number and we will provide shipping instructions for you. We shall reimburse you the cost of shipping only if returned as per our instructions and send out the proper item with no additional shipping charge. The item being returned must be in new, unused, unopened condition, and in the original packaging. Do not use or open a product if it is not what you had ordered unless you intend to keep the product anyway.


# Shipping Policy

You will be able to choose your carrier, and delivery speed. After placing your order you will receive e-mail confirmation of the Order Placed, Date & Time the order ships, along with a tracking number. Your items will be shipped the same day as ordered, as long as the order is received by 3pm EST. If the order is received after 3pm, the items will be shipped the following business day.

Damaged Merchandise
If in the event, a package has been damaged during shipment, and it is apparent when the package arrives at your door, please REFUSE the delivery. If you have already accepted the package, and then discover that is has been damaged, call, or email us, and we will take it from there. Be sure to save all your paperwork, packaging material, along with the packaged goods. The carrier may wish to inspect it before processing the claim for us.

Lost Freight
If you feel a package has been lost in transit, please contact us with the order number, along with a list of missing items. A tracer will be initiated at that time. A claim number will be issued, if the carrier cannot verify delivery within 10 days after the scheduled delivery date. Credit will be issued for the missing merchandise, when we obtains a claim number from the carrier.
